QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. A Master’s Degree in Psychology or Child Studies or alternative with training and experience in psychometric assessment techniques.

  2. Understanding and commitment to agency philosophy and values.

  3. An in-depth knowledge of current psychometric assessment techniques in a setting such as Children’s Mental Health Centres, Children’s Hospitals or education.

EXPERIENCE:

  • At least three (3) years of relevant experience in the field of Psychometry.

  • A broad and in-depth knowledge of childhood development and exceptionalities and appropriate intervention modalities.

SKILLS:

  • Excellent verbal and written skills, as evidenced by concise assessment feedback and comprehensive assessment report writing.

  • The ability to conduct interviews efficiently.

  • The ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
