Ryan LeBlanc has served as a Police Officer for 18 years, is a Certified Crisis Negotiator, Co-Founder of the Pedals for Purpose Bicycle Charity, and has a background in Information Technology prior to policing. Ryan’s day to day experiences with youth both on and off the job have led him to seek a Board position with St. Clair Child & Youth Services, to be a part of the solution in aiding kids in our community who struggle with their mental health.
