Early Years Mental Health Services

This service supports families with children from birth to 6 years of age who are experiencing social, emotional and/or behavioural difficulties.

We work with parents and their young children, infants and toddlers who are:

  • Experiencing aggression and tantrums
  • Experiencing difficulties in their relationships with parents, family and friends
  • Experiencing difficult and stressful life events
  • Hard to manage at home, in child care or school
  • Withdrawn, sad, anxious or clingy
  • Experiencing ongoing difficulties with daily routings (eating, sleeping) that are not due to medical illness

We offer services that are matched to the child and family’s strengths and needs including:

  • Parent/child intervention and support
  • Telepsychiatry
  • Psychological Assessment
  • Group programs
