Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination or Antigen Testing

Attention Service Partners and Visitors,

Please be advised that effective September 24, 2021, St. Clair Child & Youth Services will require all service partners and visitors to have received either full COVID-19 vaccination or valid negative COVID-19 Antigen Testing for entry to our organization. See below.

Main Site - 129 Kendall Street, Point Edward:

You will be asked to show either your proof of full COVID-19 vaccination or proof of a negative COVID-19 Antigen Test completed within 7 days, along with identification, at reception. This information will not be retained.

St. Clair EarlyON Child and Family Centre, 180 College St. N., Sarnia:

You will be asked to show either your proof of full COVID-19 vaccination or proof of a negative COVID-19 Antigen Test completed within 7 days, along with identification, to an EarlyON staff. This information will not be retained.

All persons entering our facilities will continue to be required to follow the Public Health COVID-19 Screener protocol and wear the appropriate PPE. Although we encourage everyone to get vaccinated, please be aware that services remain open and accessible for all clients. For more information please refer to our Family Information letter posted on our website. These measures will help ensure the safety of all those entering our premises and will remain in effect until further notice.
