Erin Moffat is a proud resident of Sarnia, Ontario. She is deeply committed to supporting local youth in her community and has volunteered with several organizations that work towards this goal.  Erin is pursuing a Doctorate of Educational Administration and Leadership, and holds qualifications as an Ontario Supervisory Officer. Erin is a champion for equity, diversity, inclusion, and anti-oppression policy reform, and is known for her ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and create policy, procedure, and implementation strategies. Erin is passionate about structured literacy research and instruction K-12 and is dedicated to improving the lives of young people. Erin's analytical approach, experience in change management leadership, and emphasis on research-based strategic planning are skills that she is excited to bring to the St. Clair Child & Youth Services Board of Directors.
